Have a problem with fleas or tics? Ready to start using frontline plus on your dog? Follow these few simple steps and your dog will be protected from fleas and tics with frontline plus.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Dog
  • Frontline Plus
  1. Step 1

First you will want to make sure that you have the right frontline plus for your dog. Look at the package and make sure your dog is within the weight range. (If your dog is not within the weight range then you will want to go to your local vet and get the right one.)

  2. Step 2

Open the frontline plus applicator and apply the entire contents through the hair onto your dogs skin. Apply it right below their neck between their shoulder blades. (Applying the frontline plus in this area will make it so your dog cannot lick it off.)

  3. Step 3

After you have applied the frontline plus you will not want your dog to get wet for 24 hours. This will give it time to absorb into the skin. Frontline plus is waterproof after the 24 hours so don't worry about it coming off. The reason frontline plus is water proof is because it is absorbed into the skin and stored in the oil glands feeding your dogs hair from there.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't let your dog get wet for 24 hours after application
  • Apply between the shoulder blades in one spot on the skin
