Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A date
  • Some flowers
  • A plan
  1. Step 1

Before your date have a plan. You don't want to wait until the last minute only to feel pressure and stress. If you lay your plan out early you will be able to put it in motion and have an enjoyable time on your date. You can make the event special by making suggestions to your date before hand and asking what they would like to do. Don't be afraid to have a less than traditional date.

  2. Step 2

Once you have your plan in place, get yourself ready. Get a haircut and your clothes pressed. Look sharp and put your best foot forward. It is difficult to attract another person if you do not love and care for yourself first. Be the best that you can be. Be true to yourself at the same time so you are happy and comfortable as you head out on your date.

  3. Step 3

Bring a small gift to your date. Something nice that shows that you are thoughtful and romantic. Nothing cutesy or too cheap. Flowers (not roses) work nice.

  4. Step 4

Show up on time. Be prepared to listed to your date and ask questions to get to know them. Don't feel the need to explain every aspect of your life. Keep a little mystery for the next date.

  5. Step 5

Never let yourself feel pressured to engage in anything physical on the first date. You don't want to give the impression that you are desperate or easy even if you are both. Have fun with the date and have some laughs. Don't take yourself to seriously. There is nothing more attractive than a sense of humor.
