1. Look online at website's like neuterspay.org. Type in your information to find local spay and neuter organizations.

2. Visit the website's that you find and write down the names and phone numbers of the organization's that you are interested in.

3. Call the organizations and find out what there requirements are for free spay and neutering services.

4. Organize and gather any documents that are required (such as proof of income, proof of residency, etc.)

5. On the day of your cats surgery arrive early and bring any paper work that is needed.
