Things You'll Need:
- Time
- Friends
- Picture of ex (if possible)
- Beer

Step 1
First off, call your friends, talk to them, tell them you want to get together/hang out. Be sure to have beer, but don't go crazy, alcohol is only something to bring you and your friends together, not a solution.

Step 2
If you have a picture of him/her (and anything else of here she/he may have left, but nothing of great value, this is a healing process, not a destructive process) go out and burn them, let all of your emotions burn with the photo, don't let yourself be held onto something that is gone.

Step 3
Talk to your friends, keep her/him out of your mind, remember that this is hard, but its not the end, there will be another, it just takes time.

Step 4
Live each day one at a time, don't think to far ahead. If you meet someone new, remember to start anew, don't get your hopes up, let things progress, if they work, cool, if not, there's always next time.
