Things You'll Need:
-
Step 1
Open your copy of Microsoft Publisher by double-clicking the icon on the desktop or navigating to it through the program files folder. Once it is open, click on the section that says "Flyers." Create one from scratch so you can personalize it how you see fit. If you do not know how to do this just click on one of the flyer templates and then replace all of the text and graphics to your own.
-
Step 2
Locate the "Insert" tab at the top of the page. This is where you will be using your graphics on your flyer. Use the "Insert from file" option and navigate to the folder that has the graphics that you want to use. You can use one picture and cover the whole page or use a few pictures and make a collage.
-
Step 3
Find the little circle at the bottom right of the picture or pictures. Left-clicking on this and dragging it in any direction will allow you to resize the picture as large or as small as you want. Resize the pictures so that they cover the entire page. If you are using one picture just resize it so that it covers the whole page.
-
Step 4
Go to the tools at the left of the page. Double-click on the slanted letter "A." This should be the "Word art" function. Add the text you want for your club flyer. Once you have done this you can also resize it as well. Use the little circles around the text box to resize the text to your liking like you did for the picture(s). Then left-click anywhere on the text box and drag the text over the center of your image.
-
Step 5
Save your flyer and print it. You can save it and use it as a template for other flyers.
