How to Write a Resume for a Production Worker
Your résumé for a production job is a one-page snapshot of the experience and skills you have to offer a potential employer. It needs to be thorough and focused on the value you can bring to the workplace. Many skills are transferable, so be sure to incorporate all the things you are trained on, even if some may be outdated. Be honest and stick with the facts about dates, education and your previous job titles. Follow these guidelines to write a résumé for a production worker seeking employment.

Write a list of previous employers. Put them in chronological order with the most recent first. Use a long-range calendar to remind yourself of dates. On one line put the years you were employed (for example, 2001 to 2007), the name of the company, the city and the state where the job was located. On the next line write the job titles you held while at the company. Also include any military experience in this section.
