Things You'll Need:

  • Pale blue leotard with skirt
  • Beige tights
  • Ponytail holders
  • Comb
  • Dark blue hair ribbon
  • Sparkle flower hair clips
  • Body glitter
  • Pink blush
  • Light blue eyeshadow
  • Sparkle pink lip gloss
  • Spray glitter
  • Tight-fitting white boots
  1. Step 1

Put on the beige tights. They should look like skin. You can use pantyhose, but keep in mind that tights are thicker and warmer.

  2. Step 2

Put on the leotard. You can use any shade of blue. It should have a built-in skirt and long sleeves if the weather is chilly.

  3. Step 3

Pull hair up into a ponytail and secure with a ponytail holder. Twist the ponytail into a bun,and secure with a second ponytail holder. Allow a few slivers of hair to hang down and frame the face. You can pull them out with the corner of a comb. Tie the ribbon around the bun and allow the ends to dangle. Insert the sparkle clips in random places. You can also choose to use a tiara.

  4. Step 4

Apply the eyeshadow and blush. Evenly spread a small amount of body glitter to the face and any exposed skin, such as arms if you chose short sleeves. Apply lip gloss to the lips.

  5. Step 5

Put on the boots. You can also remove the blades from an old pair of ice skates if you have them. Spray glitter evenly over the boots.

Tips & Warnings
  • If hair is short, use two buns on each side if the head.
  • Do not attempt to walk around on ice skates.
