Tips & Warnings
If you cannot find a bucket large enough to fit cooking grates, use a child's small wading pool. Smoke stains are more prevalent when a Weber grill is new. After a seal has formed between the lid and kettle, smoking should be greatly minimized .
Grease can ruin the painted finished on your Weber gas grill. Do not line the bottom tray grate with aluminum foil. Grease can accumulate in the crevices and cause a fire. Do not use oven cleaner on the grill as it will remove painted surfaces. It is also toxic on food surfaces.
