1. Click the "Start" button located on the bottom left of the task bar of your computer.

2. Scroll to "Control Panel" and click on it. If you cannot locate Control Panel for any reason, type Control Panel in the search window below "All Programs."

3. Once the Control Panel window opens up displaying various control menus or features, click on the "Uninstall a Program" link under Programs.

A window opens up and a number of operations keep running with a popout displaying "Windows is gathering information" message. Say "Yes " to all operations, if asked.
