Many websites and internet companies charge monthly or yearly fees for hosting web pages on their servers. However, there are numerous free solutions for people who are not serious web designers but still want to create web pages. This article will provide several free ways to design your own web page. Once you choose an option and sign up for a free account, you can start building pages and uploading them to the Internet.

Valid email address
Computer with Internet connection

Step 1

Go to the Google Sites homepage (see Resources below) and log in with your Google user name and password. Then click "Create New Page" at the top of the screen to start adding elements to your web page.
Step 2

Go to the GeoCities homepage (see Resources below) and click on the "Sign Up" button under the GeoCities Free section. You can then log in with an existing Yahoo account or create a new one to begin building your site.
Step 3

Go to the Webs.com homepage (see Resources below) and enter your desired website name and choose a password. Click "Create a Website" to start designing your pages.
Step 4

Go to the Blogger homepage (see Resources below) and log in with your Google account or create a new user name and password. Choose a name for your site, add blog entries and then start designing the layout of your pages.
