Check out the University of California at Berkeley's large selection of social science, natural science, and humanities courses (itunes.berkeley.edu). Currently they offer 39 iTunes courses, from Astronomy to Statistics.

In October 2008 the University of Oxford launched its iTunes podcast site (itunes.ox.ac.uk), and during the first week there were 168,000 visitors and 60,000 downloads. Oxford on iTunes features public lectures, teaching material, interviews with leading academics, information about the University, and much more.

UCLA's iTunes program offers about a dozen courses (itunes.ucla.edu) ranging from Quechua Cooking to Neuroimaging.

MIT on iTunes U's offerings (web.mit.edu/itunesu) include a wide selection of video and audio files of faculty lectures, public lectures, and community events. The university's iTunes lectures on physics, psychology, math, and architecture are among the most popular iTunes U downloads.
