Everyone wants to have a beautiful smile, but drinking coffee or tea, smoking or vitamin deficiency can often lead to yellow or stained teeth. Here is a great way to get whiter teeth at home without spending a lot of money on whitening treatments or visits to the dentist.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Brush your teeth as you normally would at the end of the day. Make sure to floss as well and rinse.

  2. Step 2

Get the box of baking soda out of your refrigerator. Spread a teaspoon of baking soda on to your toothbrush and pour a little bit of water on it. Brush your teeth carefully. Do not brush under your teeth just the top surface area of your teeth. Be careful not to swallow the baking soda.

  3. Step 3

When you are done, rinse out your mouth with water. Follow up by rinsing your mouth with your regular mouth wash. Repeat this process once every week until your teeth look whiter.

on 2/22/2009 This works well but I wouldn't use the box that is in the refrigerator because it is in there to absorb odors.
