How to Choose the National Down Syndrome Society Theme for iGoogle

iGoogle is a personalized start page for your homepage. It is a service created by the Google search engine. iGoogle users can select specific themes for their iGoogle page. iGoogle recently added non-profit agencies to their list of available themes. Of those non-profit agencies, is the National Down Syndrome Society. The National Down Syndrome Society, NDSS, assists people with Down Syndrome and there families with education, research and advocacy.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    You can view the entire iGoogle directory for non-profit themes by going to the resource section below. It is called iGoogle "Themes for Causes." There is also a link specifically for the National Down Syndrome Society theme.

  2. Step 2

    Select the "Add It Now" button. Each time you visit Google, your theme now automatically defaults to the National Down Syndrome Society iGoogle Theme.

  3. Step 3

    You can access the iGoogle page at a later time by visiting http://www.google.com, or simply make Google your home page:

    In Firefox, go to the Tools Menu, select Options, and type in http://www.google.com/ig as the homepage.

    In Internet Explorer go to the Tools Menu, select Internet Options and type in http://www.google.com/ig as the homepage.
