        In the "Target" field, add the following right after chrome.exe: --in-process-plugins

        Please notice that there are exactly "two" dashes before the "in-process" part.

        It should now look similar to the following: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --in-process-plugins

        Click on "OK" to save your settings and continue.
