      Keep all wood on your home from touching the soil. That mean no firewood stacks, stumps, or yard debris should ever be near your house. Also, keep mulch, tree limbs and bushes from touching your house for good termite prevention.

      You also need to inspect your home and the surrounding area for termite prevention. Look for damaged areas of wood and for tubes of dirt coming up the sides of your house. It is important to catch termites as soon as possible before they are able to do damage to your home.
