Things You'll Need:
- Stress ball
- Gum
- Mp3 Player/CD player

Step 1
If you have a dollar or two, purchase a stress ball, these can be found at most major retailers. While at work, pump the stress ball quickly and feel the stress leave your body! I didn't believe this would help until I tried it, it really works!

Step 2
If you can't obtain a stress ball or must use your hands to work, try chewing gum. Chew a flavor that reminds you of a fun experience, for example, you could chew peppermint to remind you of Christmas cheer!

Step 3
If you don't like gum or cannot chew while at work, try inhaling deeply and slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, this works best when you are not on the phone or talking to someone.

Step 4
If you are able to, try listening to soothing music while at work, this can be Latin, Celtic, woodwind, or anything that calms you down, typically, music without words works best, enjoy!
