Step 1
Every month, at the same date, perform a routine checking of your breasts.See if there is anything different from the last time you checked. After 50 , you have to do a mammography every year.
-
Step 2
If you have relatives (sister, mother) who have/had breast cancer, be aware of the fact that your risk of developing breast cancer is higher, so you need to be more careful.
-
Step 3
Breastfeed your children as long as you can: it is proven that breastfeeding reduces the risk of breast cancer.
-
Step 4
Give birth, if possible before your early 30s.Women who don't have children are considered to be more prone to breast cancer.
-
Step 5
Eat healthy, and avoid fats; avoid being overweight.High intake of fats, overweight and menopause are directly linked to breast cancer, so especially after 50, the risk is higher.
-
Step 6
Avoid sunbathing topless; frequent and long exposure of the breasts in direct sun makes the risk of breast cancer higher.
