Things You'll Need:
- Kitchen
- Small saute/omelet pan
- Canadian bacon
- Eggs
- Pita Bread
- Olive Oil/Butter
-
Step 1
If you're going to make coffee or tea or something to drink, get the water boiling, this won't take long.
-
Step 2
Fire up the stove and put the pan on medium heat to warm up.
When the pan is hot add a little oil and 2 slices of Canadian Bacon. -
Step 3
Take your small pita breads and open them up with a knife. Insert them in a toaster, a toaster oven or a broiler. Depending on what you're using heat for a minute or so. I like the pita a little crispy, so cook it longer, but if you just like it warmed through, cook it less.
-
Step 4
Get 2 eggs, crack them into a small bowl. Add salt and pepper and a little milk. Beat until mixed and some air is incorporated.
-
Step 5
When the bacon has finished cooking remove it from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove the oil.
Add butter to the pan and let it melt.
Retrieve the pita breads and open them up and put the bacon on the bread. -
Step 6
Add the beaten eggs to the pan. Lightly stir the eggs to ensure that the bottom does not burn, but we're trying to create a cohesive unit like an omelet and less like scrambled eggs.
When the eggs are mostly cooked, flip them and finish cooking for 15 seconds or so. -
Step 7
Divide the eggs into 2 portions and place on top of the bacon and serve.
Make coffee, the water should be boiled by now.
