Looking for a mouth watering marinade? First time having company and you want to impress? Than this marinade is for you.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/4 cup of chopped garlic
  • 1/6 cup of fine chopped onion
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 1/3 cup of white wine (any kind)
  • 1/8 cup of paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/8 cup of chopped basil
  • 1/8 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of hotsauce
  • 2 packets of sazon
  • a few sprinkle of pepper and salt (to taste)
  1. Step 1

    For years I have hidden my secret to my mouth watering marinades. I marinade my meats and poultry with it. You can use it one fish too. I had great raves from friends and family. I want to share it with you too.

  2. Step 2

    I like to start by getting a small bowl. Spray the parsley and basil with warm water (low pressure). I go down the list one by one with each ingredient and pour in bowl.
    * 1/4 cup of chopped garlic
    * 1/6 cup of fine chopped onion
    * 1 cup of ketchup
    * 1/3 cup of white wine (any kind)
    * 1/8 cup of paprika
    * 1/4 cup chopped parsley
    * 1/8 cup of chopped basil
    * 1/8 cup of lemon juice
    * 1/4 cup of hot sauce
    * 2 packets of sazon
    * a few sprinkle of pepper and salt (to taste)

    Mix all ingredients in the bowl. I like to wash my hands first than use it to mix. Grab the meat or poultry you will be using. Clean it and spray one by one with water. I like my food clean. lay it in a baking pan. Poke holes in the meat or poultry with a fork. Begin rubbing in the marinade one by one. Don't be cheap use a good amount. There may be left over marinade. Save it for the next time.

  3. Step 3

    When you are done rubbing the marinade well. Cover the pan in plastic wrap and marinade at least 1- 2 hours. I usually marinade it over night in the refrigerator. BBQ, and ENJOY!!!!!
