Things You'll Need:
- 1 box vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 cup of sweetened coconut
- 1 cup of vanilla frosting
- yellow and green food coloring
- 24 mint cookies (grasshopper flavor)
- sesame seeds
- 1 egg white
-
Step 1
Put a few drops of green food coloring on the coconut and mix to color all the coconut so that it looks like lettuce.
-
Step 2
Put a few drops of yellow food coloring in the frosting and stir so it looks like mustard(...and maybe use red for ketchup). You could also mix yellow and red to make orange and make the frosting look like melted cheese.
-
Step 3
Arrange 48 of the vanilla wafer on a tray and spread the frosting on each cookie.
-
Step 4
Place a grasshopper cookie on 24 of the wafers securing it on top of the frosting. Spread a little frosting on the grasshopper cookie.
-
Step 5
Top the frosting with a sprinkling of the coconut. Top this with another already frosted vanilla wafer.
-
Step 6
When 24 burger cookies are created, brush each lightly with egg white and sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Let dry. They are ready to serve.
