Things You'll Need:
- Shredded broccoli slaw mix
- canola oil
- cider vinegar
- sunflower seeds
- sugar
- ramen noodles
- green onions

Step 1
You can either buy a shredded broccoli slaw mix or shred your own broccoli for the main ingredient.

Mix the following:
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar (less if you desire it)
1/4 c. Canola oil
Let the sugar melt into the mixture. To speed things along you can warm it in microwave for a very short period of time. I prefer to let it mix naturally. -
Step 3
Next, take a rolling pin and crush the ramen noodles. Remove the seasoning pack. You won't need it.

Step 4
Add the broccoli slaw mix or shredded broccoli, chopped green onions, ramen noodles and 1 cup of sunflower seeds or cashew nuts into the oil and vinegar mixture. Toss all the ingredients together well and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
