Things You'll Need:
- Imagination
- Elbow Grease
-
Step 1
Cookbook on DisplayKitchen counters always have too many cords with all of the appliances and gadgets that need to be plugged in. One trick I use, is propping up a cookbook in a display holder right in front of the electrical outlet...so much prettier!
-
Step 2
Hanging Curtains Higher & Wider Than Window Makes Such a Dramatic DifferenceCurtains should be hung wider than the windows (and taller, too). Not only do they look so much nicer like this, but they can help to conceal any electrical outlets and cords that might be hanging around.
-
Step 3
Phone Charging Station in a Table DrawerAnd finally, I have talked about this before, but making a phone charging station inside of a drawer will get all of those cordless phones, ipods & digital cameras off of the kitchen counter and into a drawer...with no cords to look at, too! Ahh...life is good!
