Step 1
For Longer And Stronger Nails-Milk is calcium-rich, and will strengthen nails so they won't break, split or peel. And the lactic acid sloughs away tough cuticles.
Once a week, soak your hands (no fingernail polish on them, please!) in a warmed-over cup of whole milk for three minutes. Then rinse and use a moisturizer (This can be lotion, hand cream, etc). -
Step 2
To Deflate Puffy Eyes, dip cotton pads into cold whole milk and apply to swollen lids for three minutes.
You see, whole milk is a natural anti-inflammatory, and the lactic acid knocks out dark circles. -
Step 3
Younger-Looking, Softer Skin-Dab milk all over clean skin with a cottonball a few times a week. Leave on for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
If you have Very Dry skin, use half-and-half or heavy cream (they contain more moisturizing fat).
For Oily skin, use 2% or nonfat milk.
For Normal skin, use whole milk.
Because of the lactic acid in it, milk's a super-gentle exfoliant, revealing younger-looking and fresher skin without leaving any irritation, flakes or redness behind.
Another Option: Take off makeup by wiping your face with a cottonball dipped in a paste of dry milk and warm water. Rinse and pat dry. -
Step 4
If You Crave Healthier And Fuller Hair (who doesn't?), then once a week, just mix 4-5 Tbs. of non-fat milk with enough water to make a paste. Work the paste through clean, damp hair, then wrap it in a hot, moist towel to help the treatment penetrate. Leave on for three minutes. Rinse well and style as usual. Milk makes a great hair conditioner because it's full of protein and amino acids, which coat the hair to repair damage and make each strand fuller.

Step 5
Do You Long For Soft, Supple Lips? Then you'll want to massage your kisser with a paste of half a tsp. hot cocoa and a few drops of hot water (The antioxidants in the cocoa are moisture-boosting and they'll help fend off lines; the powdered milk's lactic acid exfoliates and softens-and swells your lips-This is a good thing!). Now remove with a warm, damp washcloth and seal in the moisture with lip gloss.
-
Step 6
Beautify Your Body All Over-Pour 2 cups of whole milk under running bath water. Add 3 Tbs. honey and mix until dissolved (You can also pour in some rose petal if desired; it'll add more silkiness and will have you smelling fabulous!). Now soak for at least 15 minutes, then smooth on a milk-based body lotion to lock in moisture.
Another Option: You can also just add 1 cup of powdered milk as you fill the tub. -
Step 7
Do You Want To Make An Oily, Flaky Scalp Healthy? Just dissolve 1 tsp. salt (regular) in 1/4 cup of nonfat milk and massage into dry scalp. Leave on for 60 seconds (1 minute). Shampoo as usual.
The nonfat mlik will soak up any excess oil, while the salt will lift away flakes. -
Step 8
Another Excellent All-over Body Treatment Is A Whipped Cream Body Mask that will also leave you silky and fantastic-smelling. Using an electric mixer or wire whisk, whip heavy cream until peaks form. Slather all over the body and leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. Pat dry.
This treatment will renew and nourish your skin (due to the lactic acid and protein).
