Things You'll Need:
- Hand lotion

Step 1
Hold your friends hand in your hand. Apply lotion to the back of their hand and spread it to their fingers and wrists.

Hold your friends hand firmly (palm facing you) and bend the hand slowly forward and backward to limber the wrist. Repeat 3 times.

Grasp each finger and gently pull each finger toward you.

Step 4
Rest your friends elbow on a table, holding the hand straight up and massage the palm of the hand with the cushions of your thumb in a circular motion.

Hold one finger at a time and rotate the finger from the base to the tip, pulling up as you go.

Step 6
Massage the wrist with a circular motion, wring the wrist side to side 3 times.

Step 7
Finish by tapering each finger. Begin at the base of the finger, rotate, pause, and squeeze with gentle pressure, then pull lighting with pressure to the finger tip.

Repeat steps 1-7 for the other hand
