Sound Making Alarm Clock

Using a traditional alarm clock when you have a roommate may be causing problems at your house. Don't worry, humans have been waking up for thousands of years naturally without the help of alarm clocks. In case the natural waking up tips in this article don't work for you, I have a tip about an alarm clock that does not make any sound.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Establish a regular bed time and wake up time. If you wake up at the same time for long enough, your body will learn to wake up around that time automatically.

  2. Step 2

Try keeping the blinds open so that natural light can wake you up.

  3. Step 3

If you have a roommate who gets up before you, ask them to wake you up.

  4. Step 4

Get a cat and train it to wake you up at your desired time by feeding it at that time. As the cat gets hungry, it will wake you up for food without the need of a loud alarm clock.

  5. Step 5

If none of the above mentioned natural ways of waking up works for you, try using a quiet and vibrating alarm clock. All you need to do is put it under your pillow, and it will shake and wake you up. These clocks are also useful for deaf people or people with hearing loss.
