Make Waldorf Salad "celery, apples,walnuts, grapes in mayonaise, now come on!"

For those familar with the great John Cleese you will understand the qoute;

"Celery, apples, walnuts, grapes in mayonaise, now come on!"

Simply salad and very easy to make.....

Waldorf Sald was invented at the Waldorf Hotel in New York as we leraned on Fawlty Towers.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1- medium head of "butter lettuce, cleaned/chopped
  • 1- Medium Cameo Apple Cored/Diced
  • 3 Stalks Celery chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Seedless Red Grapes cut in 1/2
  • 2-3 TBSP Miracle Whip
  • 1- container of Vanila Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts chopped
  1. Step 1

    * 1- medium head of "butter lettuce, cleaned/chopped
    * 1- Medium Cameo Apple Cored/Diced
    * 3 Stalks Celery chopped
    * 3/4 Cup Seedless Red Grapes cut in 1/2
    * 2-3 TBSP Miracle Whip
    * 1- container of Vanila Yogurt
    * 1/3 Cup Walnuts chopped

  2. Step 2

    In Medium bowl combine chopped lettuce, diced apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, miricle whip and yogurt and mix well

    Place in covered bowl in refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. Step 3

    Remove from refrigerator, garnish serve This is a great summer dish for BBQ's or at a picnic. The ingredients can be multiplied to suit your individual needs.
