I am always on the look out for a good easy side dish to go with dinner. These Potatoes are very very simple and yummy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Potatoes
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Butter
  • Season Salt
  • Alumminum Foil
  1. Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 400.

  2. Step 2

Cut potatoes into medium sized chunks. I recommend using 1 large potato per person.Place the chunked potatoes into a large pan of water. Include 1 TBS of Garlic Powder and 1 TBS of Onion Powder in the water. Bring the potatoes to a boil and let simmer for 20 mins or until a fork can easily pierce the potato.

  3. Step 3

Line a baking dish with Alumminum Foil. And pour the drained potatoes into it. Sprinkle more of the seasonings on top and include Seasoning Salt. Place slices of butter on top of the Potatoes ( 1 TBS per potato). Cover the dish with foil. And place the pan in the oven.

  4. Step 4

Bake for 45 mins. After 45 mins remove the foil cover and bake for 15 mins more!
