Things You'll Need:
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
-
Step 1
Place powered sugar in medium sized bowl.
-
Step 2
Add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency and stir well after each tablespoon. You don't want it too thick or too runny. After you have reached a good consistecy, add the vanilla and stir well.
-
Step 3
If you want to add food coloring, seperate the icing into different bowls and add food coloring to each.
-
Step 4
Next, you are ready to add the icing to your cookies. I use a regular spoon and scoop up with the back side of the spoon and smooth over the cookie. Try not to spread too close to the edge b/c the icing may spread a little more upon settling.
-
Step 5
Allow to sit for a little while to dry and then enjoy =)
