Computer training classes are free for all Orange County residents with Library Cards in good standing.

Topics include Office software: Word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and database applications as well as Quickbooks. We also have classes on everything from email to eBay...PC or Mac.

      Go to www.ocls.info and click "Classes and Programs" from the left navigation bar.

      Click on "Computer Classes." This will take you to a calendar page where you can specify the location where you would like to take the class as well as a listing of classes being offered for the current month.

      The calendar defaults to the Downtown location; check as many other locations as you like. You can also specify a particular date range.

      After entering the location (and date range if preferred) you can click on a computer class to get more information.

      If you want to register for the class, simply click "More information/Register" and enter your last name and card number.

      You will get a confirmation of registration if there are seats available.

Tips & Warnings

  • Remember that classes are free to resident cardholders in good standing. However, if you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $5 late cancellation fee.
