Step 1
Go vegetarian or vegan. By definition, vegetarians do not eat meat or fish. Vegans do not eat meat, fish, or dairy and also never use products that contain animal ingredients. You'll be amazed how the weight just melts off you when you're meat free.

Drink lots of water. Stay away from sugared fruit juices, flavored water, and soft drinks. It's ok to drink diet alternatives once in a while, but plain water would be best. It will help your body rid itself of toxins.

Take a gentle laxative to clean your system. Don't forget to drink LOTS of water, at least 8 full glasses a day or whenever you feel thirsty.

After you've cleansed your system, only eat fruits and vegetables. Never skip breakfast and eat about six small meals a day. Stay away from fried foods, sweets, and processed junk food. If you must eat out, eat only fresh vegetable salads. Substitute heavy ranch and caesar dressings for vinegar or eat the veggies plain.
