Things You'll Need:
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1+ cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 10-ounce bag frozen green beans
- 4+ artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 can black olives, chopped
- Italian dressing, seasoning, or vinaigrette to season
- Parmesan cheese, to taste

Step 1
Heat olive oil in pan. I use a cast iron skillet and stay clear of non-stick pans because of the carcinogenic toxins that they release into the food when heated.

Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and sauté until the vegetables have reached your desired consistency.

Step 3
Sprinkle as much or as little Parmesan cheese as you want on the top. You can serve this dish warm or chilled.
