Learn proper after care for a nipple piercing.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

This is a nice short article on how to properly care for a nipple piercing. This will also work for most other piercings as well. Mix 1 tablespoon of deiodized sea salt to one gallon of distilled water. Shake well and let it all dissolve.

  2. Step 2

Put some of the mixed water into the small plastic container and microwave on hi for anywhere from 10 - 17 seconds depending on how much water you used. You want it to be very warm if not hot, but not enough to burn you or cause extreme pain.

  3. Step 3

Lean over and get that cup over your nipple and press hard enough to make a seal so the water does not leak out. You want to sit like this for about 7 - 10 minutes, occasionally shaking around a bit to mix the water up and wash the piercing out.

  4. Step 4

Continue doing this for 5 - 7 months, depending on how fast your body heals. Only do this up to 3 times per day, otherwise you will dry the piercing out to much, and cause more irritation than you would like.

  5. Step 5

Enjoy your piercing! hopefully you will heal up just fine! :)
