Things You'll Need:
- 10-12 yards of bright colored tulle
- 2-2.5 feet of thick white nylon rope
- Approximately 30 1-inch safety pins or a stapler

Step 1
1. At a local fabric store purchase 10-12 yards of bright colored tulle. Choose the coarsest tulle--it looks the most like the type used in bath loofahs and it is usually the least expensive option. Also purchase 2-2.5 feet of thick white nylon rope.

2. Purchase approximately 30 1-inch safety pins.

3. Wear tightish black clothing as the base of your costume; this will help your loofah costume stand out.

4. Begin by wrapping two layers of tulle around your body (under your arms and above your knees). Safety pin the tulle to your clothing to keep it in place.

5. Next, scrunch a clump of the tulle and safety pin the clump together and pin it to your clothing. A stapler is helpful in clumping the tulle together.

6. Continue clumping tulle and pinning the clumps to your clothing. Proceed in a circle around your body. Aim to create a spherical shape with even clumps of tulle around your body. Use a stapler as needed.

7. Once the tulle has been used up, attach the loofah's hanging rope by pinning the two ends of the white nylon rope to your side using safety pins.

8. For added effect, blow bubbles around yourself at your Halloween party or while trick or treating!
