Things You'll Need:
- olive oil
- baby shampoo
- comb
- wash cloth
-
Step 1
The first step in getting rid of cradle cap is to rub a dime size amount of olive oil into your baby's head. Let sit for a few minutes.
-
Step 2
Take you baby comb and brush threw your baby's hair gently. Then you will want to gently rub your baby head with a wash cloth. It is important not to rub to hard so you don't irritate the scalp and make it red.
-
Step 3
Now rub a dime size amount of baby shampoo into your baby scalp. Let sit for a few minutes and rinse avoiding the eyes. You will need to repeat this every few days for a weak. After the first time the cradle cap will look much better. By the third time it should be mostly gone. Then do this once a weak if it starts to come back.

on 8/23/2009 I recommend olive oil too in my article, but it's not the only natural oil you can use. There are much more.
