- Digital photos, for this lesson - a woman's eye picture
- Adobe Photoshop CS1 ~ CS4

Step 1
The area inside the red circle is where I'll be fixingBefore starting the lesson, you should have a photo showing the wrinkles of a subject. Your photo doesn't need to be a shot near the eyes; any photo showing facial wrinkles or where wrinkles are present on the skin will do.
Launch your Photoshop, locate and open an image file that you wanted to fix. -
Step 2
Duplicate the current layer; the original photo by either using your mouse or keyboard:
For mouse users - - right click, then left click on Duplicate Layer in the drop down menu.
For keyboard users - - duplicate the layer by holding down Ctrl + J. -
Step 3
Select the Patch tool. Trace and make a selection around the wrinkled area.

Step 4
Drag your selected wrinkle area either slightly below or above to an area where wrinkles are absent. Repeat this procedure for the rest of the face where wrinkles are present.

Step 5
Choose the Healing Brush tool, use an appropriate brush size according to the size or the enlarged area to be fixed on your photo.
Take a sample of an unwrinkled skin by holding down the "alt" key. Release the "alt" key, drag your mouse cursor over the wrinkled areas.
Tip: you may need to retake the sample as the brush follows the movements of your mouse. -
Step 6
Wrinkleless image ; left eyeYou should now have a photo without wrinkles. You may go back to the picture and touch-up areas of imperfection you made along the way.
