Things You'll Need:
- contact lens case
- contact lens solution
- paper towel
- soap
- water
- contact lenses in eyes

Step 1
washing hands with soapWash your hands with soap, then dry with a lint free paper towel.

Step 2
Fill the recommended contact lens case with the fresh contact lens solution. The contact lenses should never be dry.

Step 3
Open your eye as wide as you did when you inserted the contact lens.

Step 4
Using your thumb and forefinger, you're going to gently pinch the contact lens out of your eye. Remember that the contact lens is on the colored part of your eye.
Or using your index finger you can also try to gently push the contact lens to the white part of your eye, then pinching out the contact lens when it forms a small air pocket. -
Step 5
Depending on the type of solution, you may need to gently rub both sides of the contact lens with a few drops of solution.

Step 6
Place the contact lens in the case. Make sure that if you removed the right eye that you place the lens on the one that's marked for the right eye.

Step 7
Repeat for other eye
