Make A Thin Mint Ice Cream Parfait

Thin Mint Ice Cream Parfaits are as easy to make as they are delicious! If you do not have Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies you can substitute Grasshopper mint cookies made by Keebler. They taste very similar to Thin Mints.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Carton of vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies or Grasshopper cookies by Keebler
  • Ice cream scoop or spoon
  • Hershey's Ice Cream Syrup
  • Ziploc bag
  • Whipped Cream
  • Nuts (optional)
  1. Step 1

Put three or four Thin Mint cookies into a ziploc bag. Make sure you completely seal the bag. Use the spoon to gently crush the cookies into small pieces.

  2. Step 2

Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream into the bottom of the parfait glass.

  3. Step 3

Next, add a scoop of the cookie pieces you just crushed. Place them on top of the scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  4. Step 4

Add another layer of vanilla ice cream to your sundae.

  5. Step 5

Add another layer of Thin Mint cookie topping to the sundae.

  6. Step 6

Repeat steps 2 and 3 one more time.

  7. Step 7

Add a scoop of whipped cream to the top of the ice cream sundae parfait.

  8. Step 8

Drizzle on some Hershey's chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream. Add nuts if you like.

  9. Step 9

Enjoy your ice cream sundae parfait!
