Don't waste your money on over priced exfoliating creams. Use items that you already have in your cupboards to exfoliate and soften rough dry hands and feet and save lots of money and get great results.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Granulated sugar
  • Coconut Oil (or equivalent)
  1. Step 1

Get your sugar and coconut oil and place them next to your sink.

  2. Step 2

Use approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sugar in the palm of one hand and add enough coconut oil to the sugar to saturate the sugar.

  3. Step 3

Gently rub the sugar and oil mixture all over your hands or feet for one to two minutes..

  4. Step 4

Add oil if you find the mixture too dry.

  5. Step 5

Rinse off the sugar with warm water and then gently towel dry.

  6. Step 6

For added benefits of your skin, use your favorite moisturizing lotion afterward and work it into the skin.
You hands will be left soft and supple.

  7. Step 7

I prefer to use coconut oil, the same as used for tanning, as I like the smell but you could olive or vegetable oil if you don't have coconut oil.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't rub too hard with the mixture as the sugar granules can be rough.
