Things You'll Need:
- 6 Tablespoons Thai Red Chili Sauce
- 6 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded

-
Step 1
Start with setting up an area in your kitchen for cooking, wash your hands and gather all of your ingredients. This is called your mise en place or everything in its place. This is how chefs keep themselves organized and transition from task to task with out missing steps. This also keeps you from running around the kitchen during cooking.

Step 2
After seeding, chop the jalapeno peppers and the garlic together coarsely. Stir that into the Thai red chili sauce and the fresh lime juice. Taste your sauce and salt if your think it is needed. Pour the sauce into a nice serving dish and serve within 15-20 minutes of making to get the full, fresh taste.

Step 3
Serve on your favorite meats, fish, chicken, vegetables or with fried egg rolls. Enjoy with a great Thai buffet.
