Step 1
Create a list of phone numbers of your local ready-mix concrete plants.

Call your local ready-mix concrete and ask them if it possible to have any left over concrete they may have. A lot of times a contractor has ordered too much or a contractor cancelled and forgot to call the company and the truck is all ready loaded and they have no other place to use it. Usually left overs are wasted and put on the ground anyway. Most companies are happy to give left over concrete away since it is less waste they have to haul away.

Step 3
Once you have called and made contact with ready-mix company, they may have you come and fill out a waiver. They will ask if you all ready have what your pouring formed up and ready to go, and how many yards you are looking for. Be flexible and patient it may take a few days for them to call you. But when they do you have concrete delivered for free.
