How to make Ranch Dressing

  • 2 gallon mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 gallon buttermilk
  • 2 cups parsley
  • 1 1/2 cup ground garlic
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 5 gallon bucket
  • industrial wisks
  1. Step 1

    The first step is put the 2 gallons of mayonnaise into the five gallon bucket.Next add the 1 1/2 cups of sour cream.Sour cream add texture and thickness to the ranch dressing.To prevent difficulty you should use your wisk to loosen the mayonnaise.Next add 1 gallon of buttermilk.Wisk slowly.

  2. Step 2

    Your next step is put the 2 cups of parsley,1 1/2 cup ground garlic,1/2 cup sugar,1/2 cup salt into a separate bowl or container.Mix all the dry ingredients together.Then add dry ingredient into 5 gallon bucket.Wisk until all lumps from mayonnaise and sour cream are gone.Refrigerate for a couple of days or until needed.

  3. Step 3

    If you do not use the dressing for a while you should wisk every once in a while.To make sure that you don't run out.You should make two five gallon buckets of Ranch dressing.Keep one in a freezer until you need it or store in a cool place.
