Make Butter Chicken Curry in a Hurry

Butter chicken is one of the most delicious Indian curry. Easy to make and great in taste. You can have have it with naan or rice.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • I pound of skinless boneless chicken cubes
  • Butter chicken masala( parampra butter chicken)
  • cilantro
  • Butter/oil
  • yogurt
  • ginger
  1. Step 1

Marinate one pound of skinless , boneless chicken in cilantro, ginger and yogurt paste. Let it Marinate for maybe 20 minutes.
Then cook the chicken pieces partially in butter/ oil whichever you prefer. I have tried grilling chicken pieces too. it works equally well,(that way it becomes low calorie too)

  2. Step 2

To make curry sauce, follow the directions on the packet,(butter chicken masala can be bought at any ethnic Indian grocery store) I use half a packet in one cup of water, and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add cooked/ grilled chicken pieces in the sauce, let it simmer may be 2-3 minutes, to make it extra creamy you can add half a cup either heavy cream or cream of coconut. top it with chopped cilantro.

  3. Step 3

Top it with chopped cilantro, curry is ready.
