Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Plastic shoe organizer
  1. Step 1

Hang the plastic shoe organizer over your pantry door. You can store things like, the aluminum foil box, sandwich baggies, Kool-aid and/or gravy packets, salad dressing bottles, boxes of pasta, etc.

  2. Step 2

Hang the plastic shoe organizer over the bathroom door. If you have a small apartment or if you have no linen closet, then this shoe organizer is a great place to store extra wash cloths, shampoo, toothpaste, hair care products, make-up, etc.

  3. Step 3

Hang it over your bedroom door to keep smaller toys, Barbie dolls/action figures, socks, gloves, belts, etc.

If you have a toddler or baby, you can put together their outfits (shirt and pants, etc.) and store each outfit in a different shoe slot.

  4. Step 4

A plastic shoe organizer in a craft room can keep all of those little items in one place. Your pens, scissors, ink pads, paint brushes, etc. can all be stored and seen very easily.

Tips & Warnings
  • These shoe organizers have anywhere from 12 to 24 slots, which makes it easy for you to find the right size for your needs.

on 2/8/2009 Thanks for another great article. My daughter has a shoe organizer but she's never put her shoes in it. She always puts her Barbies and small toys in hers. 5*

on 2/8/2009 If you have a narrow door (such as a bathroom closet), you can usually cut the larger shoe organizers in half and still be able to hang them.
