Writing a job resume letter is not the easiest thing to do. By carefully writing your resume letter, you have a higher chance of getting hired. Learn how you can write a well-written job resume letter and get hired!

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    First, write your address at the top of the right side of the page. Skip one or two lines and put the date, aligned with the left margin. Skip some lines, and type the address of the company you are applying. It is a good idea to stick with a commonly used font, such as Times New Roman, and make sure that when you are writing the heading the cover letter all fits in one page.

  2. Step 2

    Next, write the position you are applying for and a strong paragraph of why you are the perfect candidate. Talk about your strengths, skills, and experience that will be vital for the growth of the company.

  3. Step 3

    Then, write down all of your former positions and education that would benefit the company in the body of the job resume letter. This is where you want to be creative and list certain areas that you excel in. Make sure that you only list ones that would pertain and benefit for the company.

  4. Step 4

    Write about what responsibilities you had as a worker and all of your achievements that makes you unique and an outstanding candidate. Mention awards that you received. Sell yourself, but be honest.

  5. Step 5

    Finish off your job resume letter with a strong paragraph and briefly recap your skills and strengths. Make sure to thank them for giving you the opportunity to show yourself to the company and be confident through your writing.

  6. Step 6

    Finally, type a closing sentence or two, and skip some lines and type your first and last name. Sign your name between the closing and your typed name, and you are ready to submit your job resume letter!
