Step 1
Love Your BumLOOK AT THE WHOLE PICTURE, THEN STEP AWAY. From the mirror, that is. Another negative thought about your backside will not help you. Appreciate your body as a whole. Look at your wonderful self with loving eyes. You look at your daughter with eyes of love. You deserve the same heart-filled glance in the mirror, too.
-
Step 2
DISTRACT YOURSELF WITH SOMETHING YOU DO LIKE. To love your bottom even more, use the distraction technique. You used it on your kids. When your young daughter was upset about something, you offered her a distraction, right? If it worked for 4 year olds, it can work for you, too. So love some other body part for a while, or distract yourself with something entirely different.
-
Step 3
TRY THE POST-IT TECHNIQUE. Write “I love my backside” on a Post-it and put it on the mirror. You’ll keep your eye on the goal instead of your tush.

Step 4
Thank You KateBE PATIENT AND GENTLE. You're brain is creating new neurons pathways when you think positively about your body shape. Consider them roads to mental freedom. Loving your backside, like Kate Winslet, is worth every effort you make.
