Things You'll Need:
- Internet
-
Step 1
UNCLE HENRY'S
Uncle Henry's has been the leading local used cars publication for years, but now you can access their great deals online. Visit unclehenrys.com and browse their expansive collection of used cars available from dealers and private parties. Note: Uncle Henry's is a great source for all used merchandise, not just cars. -
Step 2
CRAIGSLIST of MAINE
Visit craigslist.com and select Maine from the list of states. Craigslist will show you up-to-the-minute used cars listed by local Mainers, dealers and private parties. Select "Cars and Trucks" and then you can narrow your search by using the drop-down menu next to the search bar. -
Step 3
MAINETODAY
Mainetoday offers a section for used cars. These listings cover the entire state. Limiting search criteria is difficult with Mainetoday, but it's still worth viewing as many unique vehicles are sold through the site.

on 2/7/2009 I hadn't heard of Maine today. Since we are just getting ready to have our car completely paid off - I am thinking something will happen and we will be on a car search...so thanks for the ideas on how to find a used car in Maine!
