on 9/6/2006 Massage oils can give you body acne- not cute with a strapless dress. Don't get a massage within three weeks before your wedding. Same goes for a facial. Take precautions from that point on to prevent/treat the acne.

on 11/22/2005 Talk to your doctor, and by all means try it at least once beforehand, but consider a prescription sleep aid. As an insomniac, I use Lunesta. I don't feel groggy the next day, just very calm and relaxed. It's well worth the visit to the doctor.

on 11/22/2005 If you're having trouble sleeping before the big day and are lactose intolerant, warm milk is out of the question.
Try a couple of slices of turkey instead. The natural tryptophan will knock you right out.

on 11/22/2005 Before you go to bed, saturate your hands with your favorite hand cream or lotion and put on cotton gloves. This will make your hands soft for the big day. It will also enable your new ring to glide on effortlessly.
