FRUITY WHIPPED CREAM DELIGHTS
Depending on the amount you are are planning on serving you while have to vary the amount of ingredients you will need. Start of with the following ingredients.
Blueberries
Strawberry's (sliced)
Tub of whipped cream
Clear plastic cups (8 ounce size or whatever size you desire) -
Step 2
Place some of the strawberries in the bottom, and then place whipped cream in the middle, Next you want to top it off with fresh blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream on the top. This time of year you can always find festive sprinkles to go with the fourth of July theme and you can choose to place some on top of this fantastic dessert to make it extra special. Not only is this pretty healthy but delicious!

JELL-O CUPS WITH WHIPPED CREAM
This desert is great for kids and adults alike. If you are watching your sugar intake you can always buy the sugar free Jell-o too. Here are the ingredients you will need.
Berry blue Jell-O
Strawberry Jell-O
Tub of whipped cream
Clear plastic cups (8 ounce size or whatever size you desire) -
Step 4
Make the Jell-O according to the package and either place it in a bowl in the refrigerator or in a 13x9 inch pan and allow it to fully set in the refrigerator. You want to make this in the early morning or better yet the night before. Then when it is set, spoon the red Jell-O into the cup and layer it with whipped cream and then the blue Jell-O. Place a dollop of whipped cream on the top and again add sprinkles if you desire.

FESTIVE FLAG CAKE
This delicious is always a hit at my fourth of July barbecues and I enjoy making it. Buy a box of white cake mix and bake it according to directions in a 13x9 inch pan. Allow the cake to cool and have theses ingredients ready.

Step 6
When the cake is cool spread the whipped cream over the cake evenly. Then you want to start in the upper left hand corner a square with the blueberries, to resemble the stars on the flag and then layer the strawberries to look like the stripes on the cake. Refrigerate this delicious and easy cake until ready to serve.
