Have you ever wondered how to get a gorgeous bun in your hair that looks good for any occasion? Buns can be cute and are very exquisite looking. You can make your bun stand out or blend in. Also you can wear this style knowing that your ends are protected.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Comb
  • Brush
  • Hair lotion of choice
  • Hair oil of choice
  • Two ponytail holders
  • Old/New pair of socks
  • Headband/flower
  1. Step 1

Depending on your hair texture you might want to start off with damp hair. Began by detangling your hair to the point where it is easy to comb through it. Then apply your hair lotion of choice paying close attention to the ends. Then apply your hair oil of choice focusing on the ends.

  2. Step 2

Next you want to figure out where you want your bun to be. For example if you want it on top of your head to the side, or straight back. Comb in that direction. Once it is combed good enough began to brush all the hairs together preparing to put your hair in a ponytail.

  3. Step 3

Once your hair is in the ponytail cut off the toe part of a pair of socks. Put one inside the other and roll it outwards into a doughnut shape. once it is shaped, place it on your ponytail like a ponytail holder. comb your hair over it until the sock is covered. After it is covered place your other ponytail holder over it and enjoy your bun.

Tips & Warnings
  • To spruce it up you can add a headband, a part to your hair, or a flower.
  • If hair isn't laying flat you might want to wear a scarf for 5 to 10 minutes to make the hair become more smooth and flat.
  • Whatever you do don't make your bun too tight. If the bun is too tight it can cause your hair to break and bad headaches.
  • Also don't forget to moisture your hair to protect it from becoming too dry.
