Apple cider vinegar offers several health benefits.

Apple cider vinegar has many different uses as a nutritional supplement. Read on to learn several different ways to use apple cider vinegar.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A desire to learn health benefits of supplementing with apple cider vinegar, such as curing acne, detoxifying and losing weight.
  1. Step 1

Curing acne is one of the more popular and prevalent uses of apple cider vinegar, so if curing acne is one of your health goals, consider trying apple cider vinegar, which is available in tablet form. (Always be sure to take apple cider vinegar tablets exactly as directed.) Be aware, however, that curing acne often involves several different components, not just one. Nonetheless, you may find that apple cider vinegar ends up being one of the components in your own personal battle plan for curing acne.

  2. Step 2

Many people also use apple cider vinegar as a natural treatment for acid reflux. Actually, apple cider vinegar seems to be beneficial for overall digestive health.

  3. Step 3

Apple cider vinegar has also been used for the natural treatment of gout and arthritis. It seems to have a detoxifying or purifying effect on the blood and the entire system that helps with these conditions.

  4. Step 4

Apple cider vinegar may also be helpful in reducing yeast infections and other signs of Candida in the system.

  5. Step 5

Another popular use of apple cider vinegar is as a weight loss supplement, once again because of the detoxifying effects it seems to have upon the whole system, but perhaps especially the liver.

  6. Step 6

Apple cider vinegar, which contains fiber, potassium and several other key nutrients, may be helpful (along with a healthy diet and exercise routine) in reducing high blood pressure and lowering cholesterol.

Tips & Warnings
  • So, if you need relief from gout or arthritis or acid reflux, or if you are working on detoxifying, curing acne, treating Candida (yeast problems) or losing weight, consider supplementing your current diet with apple cider vinegar. Remember, if you don’t care for the taste of liquid apple cider vinegar, you can always take apple cider vinegar tablets instead.
